CUVÉE SAINT-LAURENT is a crazy project set up to rediscover the taste of the maple syrup made the old-fashioned way. The sugar shack is situated on the most historical site of the Province of Québec, La Sucrerie du Curé. No electricity and beyond carbon neutral, everything from A to Z is done manually by Pier-Alexis. Wood fire and buckets for a thicker and much tastier maple syrup. The taste of the good old days…
