CUVÉE ROGER  is a maple syrup created during the height of the season coming from the foothills of the Appalachians. We wait for the day where the sap is at it sweetest to create what represent less than 10% of the production, the Selection. Historically, this level of quality was rarely seen on the market as it was kept for the Family Reserve. It honors a hard-working man, Roger who started from humble beginnings and developed his craft in order to produce a maple syrup of the finest quality and a strong herd of Canadian cattle.
