A Family Tradition


How it all started

Pier-Alexis and his wife were born, baptized and got married in the local church of Saint-Pierre-Baptiste. Their first argument was about maple syrup cool sites versus warm sites and the way their respective grand-fathers and families were boiling the syrup. But to be honest, this village is the perfect storm.

One of the highest concentration of sugar maple in the country of Canada, older trees selected by our Ancestors coming and rolling hills facing north of the Appalachian range. Some people say it’s the Burgundy for maple syrup production and Pier-Alexis could not agree more.
